A little about me
For years I worked in the hospitality sector and those long hours and various physical jobs took its toll, from sore neck, shoulder and back pains to a build up of stress and tensions following hours in front of the computer screens.
Reflexology really helped me address these ailments especially relieving tension in my shoulders, knees and neck.
In 1992 I had my first treatment of reflexology after which I cried for 5 hours, don’t ask me why only to suggest the positive impact on my body caused such a release. I then began to study the art of Reflexology and the benefits it brings to different people, understanding that some find it soothing and relaxing while other find it useful to focus the mind.
I have a natural interest in various therapies so when I embarked on my studies initially focusing on reflexology then completing a diploma in holistic massage, followed by courses in Indian Head massage, the Access 32 Bars massage plus others.
Pheasant Lane allows me the opportunity to offer an amazing and relaxing space to welcome clients and I look forward to welcoming you to Pheasant Lane
Look after each other, regards,
Geraldine
